Tracey Bregman has played the role of Lauren Fenmore Baldwin for over 25 years on CBS’ The Young and the Restless. Through the decades the character of Lauren has been on the show, the character has suffered many deaths around her. However, Tracey Bregman recently suffered a death that wasn’t revolved around her character, nor was the death fictional.

Bregman post on Instagram recently and revealed that her father Buddy Bregman passed away on January 8th. Bregman revealed that her father passed of Alzheimer's. He was 86. Buddy Bregman was born in 1930. He was an arranger, composer, and a television producer. His orchestra even backed Ella Fitzgerald. He has also worked with many other legends including, Bing Crosby, Judy Garland, Fred Astaire, Frank Sinatra, Louis Armstrong, and even Eddie Armstrong (to name a few).

Buddy Bregman’s television credits include dozens of TV movies, as well as TV series such as “Greatest Sports Legend” and “The Danny Thomas Show”.
